The villa is located in a Residence at 1,5 km from the center of Baja Sardinia, very nice and appreciate touristic village near Porto Cervo ( 7 km far ), with beautiful beaches in the surroundings, a wonderful seafront in the village with the beach, all shops, restaurants and nightlife in the summertime with two of the most know disco dancing, one the Ritual, a disco compound of granite caves it is a must to see it and the other one the Phi beach that receive a premium like one of the most singular and beauty disco in the world.
