Arzachena – in the historic center, one of the historic places of Arzachena is for sale, for years a cult place, tasteful in its workmanship and layout, consisting of a large single main room rather large with beams and exposed wooden roof, the counter bar opening onto the room, a kitchenette with personal toilet, on the other side of the room the double men’s/women’s toilet. The place opens onto two streets, it can eventually be converted into a small house.

Arzachena is the town that acts as the Municipality of the Costa Smeralda, 25 km from Olbia, with a large territory that goes from the borders with Olbia to the borders with the Municipality of Palau.
